Things To Do In Puerto Banus

Have you ever taken a trip to Puerto Banus?…

Puerto Banus, located less than four miles west of central Marbella in the heart of the Costa del Sol, is your perfect destination for a taste of the high life.

Holidays to Puerto Banus may attract Premiership footballers and X-Factor winners, but it is also an increasingly popular choice for family breaks and anyone who wants to simply get away from it all, proving that you needn’t break the bank to rub shoulders with the rich and famous.

Amid the designer boutiques and strips of high-end clubs you’ll find plenty of surprisingly affordable hotels and holiday homes, making it easy for a wide range of tourists to enjoy this millionaire’s playground. This small marina town boasts beaches, bars, restaurants, clubs and shops, which are ready and waiting to keep you entertained from beginning to end.

Getting Around

Puerto Banus can be easily explored on foot. If you want to venture a bit further afield, then hiring a car is a great option. All of the main car hire companies are based at Malaga airport, and there are also plenty of local rental companies. Scooter and motorbike hire are also popular.

Driving into Marbella is not generally recommended thanks to the narrow streets, lack of parking and traffic congestion. But once out of the town, the Spanish roads are excellent and the N-340 motorway is close by, which runs right up to Barcelona. Don’t forget to drive on the right-hand side of the road!
